Shipping
Here are our current guidelines for shipping and delivery.
Zone 1
UK Mainland
Orders 0-2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Orders 2kg+ are sent via APC.
Delivery via Royal Mail can take 2-5 working days after dispatch. Orders sent via APC are booked on an overnight service for delivery the next working day.
Zone 2
Northern Ireland
Orders 100g-2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Orders 2kg+ are sent via DPD.
Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.
Zone 3
Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands
Orders 0-2kg for the Scottish Highlands will be sent via Royal Mail, and 2kg+ with APC. Channel Islands will be sent via DHL.
The following postcodes fall into the Scottish Highlands and Isles: AB37-AB38, AB41-AB56, FK17-FK21 , HS, IM, IV1 - IV56, KA27 & KA28, KW, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PA80 - PA88, PH17 - PH44, PH49 & PH50,PO30 - PO41, TR(21-25), ZE.
Zone 4
Europe
Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Rep, Denmark, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Romania.

Orders are shipped with DHL.
EU delivery usually takes up to 1 week after dispatch, but customs delays may occur. Outside the EU, delivery can take up to 15 working days.

EU orders may incur customs fees, payable by the receiver.

Zone 5
Switzerland & Norway
Orders are sent via DHL and are limited up to 25kg.
Zone 6
USA & Canada
Orders are sent via DHL.
Delivery can take up to 2 weeks after dispatch.
